Gold Marble Half Moon Manicure

Not every manicure is a success. Khm... I tried to do a half moon manicure with nail foil. It looked pretty cool until I added top coat. It wrinkled and cracked the foil ... mayor failure. I really need to get a nail foil sealer.

Anyway. For base color I used Color Club Where's the Soiree (by the way - I need to get me some back up for this one, I use it for everything) and for the second layer: nail foil in gold marble. As I already said, it looked OK before I put on a top coat. Unfortunatelly I didn't take the BTC (before top coat) pictures.

And another thing: Diana from Painted Lady Fingers is having a Halloween giveaway. Check it out and get a chance to win Konad Sponge Nail Art kit 2, Konad IP M13 and Konad Princess Polish in Gold Black.

Thanks for looking!

  2. Not a fail at all. It may not have turned out how you hoped but what you've shown is quite lovely. I'd call it a happy accident!

  6. I like the look of your manicure. You can really say it was done on purpose and no one would think any differently. Really cute.
