INGREDIENTS:
* 6 eggs
* 6 big spoons of sugar
* 10 dag (4 ounces) of grated walnuts
* 410 mL (2 cups) of sour cream
PROCEDURE:
Separate egg white from yolk. Mix yolk with sugar and grated walnuts. Stir egg whites until the mixture becomes ''hard'' - until you make a foam. Now you have to slowly add the egg foam (spoon by spoon) to the mixture of yolk, sugar and walnuts. Stir carefully and slowly (you don't want the foam to become all ''non-foamy''). :D
Bake this dough for 20 minutes at 200 degrees celsius. Make sure you bake it on the paper (that one for baking of course).
After the dough is done, we roll it with the paper into a roll. Wait until it's cold. Unroll it, add sour cream and roll it back. Now without the paper. :)
Put it in a refrigerator for a day.
Bon apetit! :)
