This is Claire's polish, but it's made in Turkey. I don't really know if it has something to do with US Claire's. Hmmmmm... *scratches head*
Well, it's a gorgeous blurple jelly and I fell in love with this color immediately. Check it out on the sun and in the shade:
It's almost impossible to capture true color, but these are pretty close. =) As I already said, I love the color, but I'm not so fond of the formula. It's so sheer it takes 3 coats and you can still see my smile line. Well, it doesn't look so sheer in real life, so I guess it's not that bad.
I don't know the price of this one, but for all you purple lovers: give it a try if you see it somewhere. =)

ReplyDeleteyes, it's the same clarie's, only they get their polishes made in turkey. maybe they'll import original clarie's polishes from the US later on =)
i would say that claire's here in abu dhabi is from turkey too and its different from US claire's ... i also have a green and violet claire's for u..just the same polish bottle of this blurple..:))

ReplyDeleteI think the Claire's here( in europe) is also a bit different because we don't have all the great colours from the US- verison( e.g. the layered/3colours in one bottle polish). I also like the super speed nail polish with the special brush(a pro wide brush).

ReplyDeleteI just inspected my Claire's polishes, that I bought in Austria. I have two different types of bottles. Some are 10ml bottles and have silver cap. On these there is written: "Produced for Claire's Accessories UK, Made in China". And the others are 9ml bottles with slim black cap. On these it's written: "Made in UK". And then I have some minis, but these don't count, I guess. Mistery. :D
