Mice Mace

The title is in Slovene and it's translated something like ''kitty cats''. That's what I call my cats. Oh, yeah... I don't know if I mentioned this before: I don't call my cats like ''here kitty''. Every one has a name and I call them by their names only. And they all respond. =)

Anyway. Some of my readers said they'd like to see more of my cats. I agree!

Here's Aishila, who recently discovered a new ''warm'' spot for her afternoon nap - my DVD player. In case you're wondering, there's a House DVD inside. =)

And Shiva. I often wake up in the middle of the night and find her on top of me. I can't roll over with her on top... so I just lay there like a corpse in a coffin...

If you're one of my Twitter stalkers, you probably already know about my terrible headache. I woke up with it and 12 hours later, it's still here. It's like my brain is having a techno-rave party.
To make things worse, it's full moon and I'm in the middle of paying my ''blood-taxes''. Oh, just F it! I'm taking some Aspirins and going to bed. Tomorrow is my nieces 2nd birthday and I have to be in good condition.

Thanks for looking and G'night!

  1. My guess is that expressions like that exists in every language spoken where people own (?!) cats. :) In Swedish the word is "kissemiss". :D

I like it in Slovene better, it's interesting how in English a Mace is a weapon and mice are well the plural of mouse so in English the Slovene term is still quite fitting for a cat.
You know I'm in love with Aishila so daily pictures of her and her furry friends is always great.
P.S. how do yo pronounce Aishila?

    Hope you feel better lovie!

  3. Awww, they are so cute!

  4. *hug* hope you feel better soon hon.

When I saw the title 'mice mace' I thought maybe one of the cats had learned how to use ancient war equipment!

  5. They are verry cute! But Shiva have a kiler look =)))
I hope your headache stop soon *hug*

  9. Kissemiss! =) Like it! I might start using it.

  10. I haven't even thought of that. =) Aishila is pronounced like Ice-hila. Thank you, honey! :*

  11. Thank you, Laurie! No, I would never allow that kind of behavior. =)

  12. A killer look or the look of a killer? =) ROFL

  13. Thanks, Biba! I always come up with a nick name for my cats...and then i come up with a nickname for a nickname...And so Aishila is ... Ščili, Krokodili, Kjoki... and she recognize them as her name. =)

  14. Nihrida: I hope you feel better. I have problems with migraines too.

  15. Luv your cats! Every kitty is a cutie, but it seems that my favourites are Aishila and Gaia. One cat ain"t enough for me now =)

  16. Haha, blood taxes. I love your cats, they're almost as adorable as mine. =)

  17. Adorable. I used to have a cat that loved to sleep on my neck. Reall over my whole throat. In the summer it was horrible. No airconditioning and a cat wrapped around your throat. No matter how many times I'd push her off she'd be back again as soon as I'd fall asleep. I wish I had her now she would keep me warm. I had two poodles, one toy and one minature and two cats. They would all sleep with me when I lived at home. My room was ice cold and they all huddle up with me. They kept me nice and toasty.
