For those of you who don't know who Irene is: she's the China Glaze representative I was talking to regarding their new collections and reviews.

I NEVER mentioned your name in my previous post. I have nothing against you! I know it's not your fault, that's why I didn't want to make it personal. I don't know what's happening with the company you're working for and as it seems, you don't know either.
I want you to know that I was extremely happy when you contacted me. China Glaze has been one of my favorite brands of nail polish, so I was also honored that you decided to reach out to me.
I think you'll agree that out communication was friendly and never hostile.
I just wanted to know the reason you changed your mind, 'cause I blog mainly about nail polish and I want to know what's happening in this industry. Truth is always the best policy. And if you didn't knew what was going on, I'd respect that.

I sincerely hope that you won't find my previous post as an attack on you personally. I have nothing against you and you've always been nice to me, so thank you for that. But I also have to add, there's something strange going on in your company.

Also, thank you for replying here! That shows that you care and I appreciate that.
