Up and Down...

...into the Hell's last circle.

The World is crumbling down, but it still stands as before. Invisible destruction. How to make it real? Drowning where there's nothing but a desert. Drowning in a river of tears.

I lost way more than I thought. I love Eric Clapton, but I can't listen to him anymore. Not without crying. I hate when memories attach to each other and create a web of pain. I hate it!
I used to turn on the Chronicles album and it was playing all night long... When will I be able to do that again?

...I miss my old music.

  5. Like Romika said, I also am sure you will be able to hear it again. But for now, please do not hurt yourself by doing that.
After a bad break up (the first one, almost dying pain) I started to listen only to happy music, like dance music because all the songs I liked befored were spoiled by the connection with this relationship. I hated this, I wanted to listen to what made real sense to me, touched me, but it was the happy music that made me feel better, even the really stupid ones. One key is to know what makes you sad and stay away from that, otherwise is just a vicious circle of pain. The saddest part is that sometimes we search what make us feel bad.

And to stop listening to what hurts you is not denying, afterwards when you feel stronger you can just think about all that is past without such a ache in your heart.
Sorry for being so personal and thinking I understand what you are going thru, but I write this with the best wishes.
    Kisses from Brazil.

  6. A ni zanimivo, kako ti glasba takoj prikliče neke občutke in stare spomine? Tudi jaz določenih pesmi ne morem več poslušati, ker se do potankosti spomnim, kje in kdaj, s kom, kaj sem imela oblečeno, celo to na katerem stolu sem sedela...

  14. I know exactly what you're going through. Tool used to be my favorite band but after breaking up with my ex I can't listen to them anymore without getting really depressed. He used to listen to Tool nonstop and I actually got really sick of them for a while, but now that i want to listen to them again, I can't. Every song brings back a flood of bad memories & I just have to turn it off.

I've been listening to a lot of Pink & Lady Gaga too, oddly enough.

We will both eventually heal, I'm sure, and be able to listen to our old music once again :)
