ReplyDeleteSo, so sorry for your loss. It always is heartwrenching to lose an animal. Every pet of mine that's died has brought more grief than the people in my life that I've lost. Animals give us the one thing that another human never can- unconditional love, and that is the most precious gift in the world.
ReplyDeleteThey're never really GONE though, their little spirits linger on & watch over us until we cross over & join them. I hope Shiva lived a long, happy life, and lots of hugs for you :)
I'm so sorry for your loss honey! I lost my kitteh of 17 years, Sara, some months ago, and it was awful. I think I understand what you feel. I hope you can look forward and focus on loving the kittehs you have left in your life!
