Zoya - Pinta

There's a TON of things I want to show/tell you and I'll do that in several posts... Let's start with Zoya.

I applied it yesterday before going to my doctor and it was a PITA. I never experienced application this bad with Zoya before. I added a couple of drops of thinner and it helped *a lot*.
Otherwise I'm really satisfied with the color and opacity. It only took 2 coats and it's the ultimate dark purple that doesn't look black. I love it!

Zoya, Pinta, 2 coats

Thanks for looking!

  3. I had problems with Zoyas too. Maybe that's why this is still untried. But it is beautiful.

  8. I wouldn't know since I don't have OPI. But as I heard this one OPI and Orly's Wild Wisteria are pretty close.

  10. Zoya polishes normally apply really well. Don't know what was this one's problem.

  16. I have 9-10 Zoyas (Pinta included) as I seek always for the best 3 big free, never tried Pinta though. The color is amazing on your nails. I tried Zanna, Trixie and Ki and except Ki (horrible, dries very slowly and bubbly), the other two were very well and easy to apply.

  17. That is a very pretty colour, I love it in fact! However, I wanted to ask about the thinner you used? Where can I find nail lacquer thinner and what is the name of yours? I have so many polishes that are getting thick and I've barely used them, I think it's the cold weather making them get so tacky. Please let me know, or lend me some advice, anyone.

  18. Hey, Krystia!
I use Seche Restore thinner. But I've heard that Poshe thinner is also good. I'd recommend almost any thinner you can get in your stores. You just gotta be carefull. If you want to keep your polishes big 3 free, you have to use thinner without toluene.
Hope this helps. If you have any more questions, e-mail me.
