So, your nails are painted and you want a change, but you don't want/don't have time to remove your current mani. You could add glitter, matte top coat, Konad or other form of nail art. Wait a minute! What about a sheer holographic polish?! Let's recycle!

Studio M - Energy Star + Essence - Metal Babe

I know it's no Reclaim, but I still like it. =)

Thanks for looking!

  1. Usually not such a big fan of Essence but this is actually very nice :)
    Thnx for the swatch.

  2. ooooh pretty

  3. oh my god... NEED that looks AWESOME on you babe!

  4. Such a gorgeous color! I wish they sold those in the States.

  5. oohh...this stuff looks like something i need now!

  6. I love that you change up your mani after a couple of days but have always wondered how you do it! (and now seems a good place to ask) I used Seche Vite topcoat for my manis and whenever I put something else on it at a later date it won't dry and not to mention feels like an inch thick on my nails. Do you use a different TC on your mani first time 'round? And how does that affect Konad-ing? I've heard if you do that over TC it can peel off!

    Sorry for all the questions!

  7. I don't have any special routine. I usually use Seche TC and I don't have any problems when I add something over it, whether it's Konad or another nail polish. I actually find it easier to Konad on Seche Vite, cause the pattern seems to stick better on my nails.
I think there's no universal formula or recipe... You have to find out what works for you and your body chemistry.

  8. Thanks for replying. I'll definitely start recycling my manis, I'm on a creme kick at the mo but they get boring after a couple of days!

  9. I think it looks like Reclaim a lot.
