I also decided to give it a try. As you know, I'm not really a nail art person, but why not try it when it's free. I ordered my free package and I got it just a couple of days later. I'm really impressed by their fast delivery. You can read about the shipping costs and estimated delivery time HERE.
One of the products they sent me were these butterfly water decals.

You get a total of 20 butterflies for £1.95. There are other motives too: roses, flowers, ornaments and hearts, but most important there are Halloween water decals with skulls, cats, bats and spiders. =D

Here's what I used:
Base: H&M Bella's Choice
Pattern: Essence Bonnie + Konad IP M81

These so called water decals are really easy to use. You just cut the image out, drop the piece of paper with the decal into the water and wait for it to come of. Then you just transfer it to your nails. Quick and effective. Just remember to add a layer of top coat to protect the image.
What do you think?

Thanks for looking!

those decals are perfect with that color! =) was application easy? i bought some water-slide decals from ebay & instead of laying flat on my nail the edges curled up...
ReplyDeleteAs I already said, the application was really easy. The decal just slided off the paper and onto my nail. No curling, no problems.
ReplyDeleteI hadn't heard of this!
ReplyDeleteAre they still offering this deal?
I like it!! Looks very pretty over Bella's Choice.
ReplyDeleteI'd also like to know if they're offering this deal! If not I'll still probably do an order, thanks for the link =)

thanks hun, i looked around and apparently totally missed that, LOL
ReplyDeleteI really like the subtle Konad you've put behind the decal; I think that anchors the decal nicely instead of having it just floating in the middle of the nail.
ReplyDeletepretty! I haven't heard of this brand, yet...I have used water decals before - and I really liked them!
