Here's my Bora Bora inspired make up look. I used:
- 88 Matte Eyeshadow Palette
- Isadora Perfect Contour Kajal in Peacock Blue
- Essence Black Mania eye pencil
- Essence No Limits Power Boost mascara
Now I'm wondering which nail polish would go with this... If you wanna go bold, you gotta go all the way. ;)
I suppose you wouldn't wear this make up. Well, neither would I if I'm being honest. Maybe in some other parallel universe, where I'm sitting on the beaches of Bora Bora, drinking cocktails and not giving a damn...

You have a really nice eye-shape and make-up skill, I know I'm not the only one who would love to see an entire face shot, or both the eyes, at least :>

ReplyDeleteI love this makeup - it closely resembles my favourite look which I stole from Urban Decay: Vert on the upper lid with Graffiti 24/7 liner smudged along the lower lashline (I tend to add Midnight Cowgirl to the tear duct area, and use UD Deluxe in Shag for a crease colour to blend it out - if I'm not in a hurry!). Then I'll add black liner for a more dramatic look.

PS I think China Glaze Custom Kicks Konaded with a full black nail print (especially the circles and squares, or the 'googly eyes' circles) would work well with this ;)
Even if I don't really like bright colors, but it looks very good. I'm wearing "Choose Me!" by Essence today and I think it would match that eye make up. Dupes are "Hallys (?) Comet" by Orly or "Catch Me In Your Net" by OPI.

You all surprised me. =) I used to wear all kinds of bold make up looks, but it was never this bright. Kudos to all of you who'd wear this!

ReplyDeleteI hear Bora Bora is overrated. I recommend the Caribbean coast of Mexico or Thailand (Koh Phi Phi) - amazing beaches and you don't have to go bankrupt!

Been to many places in Mexico and Thailand...definitely recommend going to those places too. Watch your stuff in Thailand. My mom and dad say its still the same.
When my parents took me to one of the beaches when I was little (we go visit family in Thailand) random people would come up and just take your stuff!
I can't decide which is more beautiful, the photo or the eye makeup! Do wear this makeup, it's gorgeous!
