Here's another beauty from Brazil: Sancion Angel holographic nail polish in Luna. This one is purple in real life, but doesn't want to photograph. We know how purples are...
Luna is not only beautiful as hell, it's also very opaque. I used only 1 coat. Can you imagine that? Holo that needs only one coat - it must be made in heaven. It applies well and dries fast, the only downside is the tipwear (on the same day, with the use of topcoat).

Wow, that's a stunning colour. I only have one holo - GOSH holographic in silver. It's nice but a bit of a nightmare to apply. I'd love some of the purple China Glaze holographics. And this one of course :-)

@rins: I don't own Blue Sparrow, but according to photos I've seen of it, I'd say they're not even close. This one is actually electric purple, while BS is just blue. And don't forget Luna is a holographic too. =)
ReplyDeleteWell I was stupid enough to buy 10 Sancion Angel "holo" polishes and I do feel that I've been had!
ReplyDeleteThey are not holo AT ALL and the quality is not to my satisfaction. They cost 5 times as much as any brazilian polish and they get old 15 minutes after you put them on. Also it like turns rubbery on your nails, like it's melting off... I dunno, I just didn't like them at all!
@Beatlemarta: Yeah, I know what you're talking about. They do wear off really quickly. I don't know about the holo effect though. I need to see it in the sun (it's winter here and the sun is still hiding).

ReplyDeleteThat's one perfect holo. Love the eye makeup. You crack me up. I had on a heavy smoked look yesterday. Lots of deep purple eyeliner rimmed my eyes. I just felt like looking wild yesterday. All for my own amusment!
