Wild at Heart is quite opaque, but I couldn't get away with only one coat. I had to apply 2 coats, but that doesn't really matter, 'cause it dries really fast. I do have a problem with it. Whenever I bump my nails (which happens a lot) it just scrapes off. Maybe it's only my fault, maybe not. I'll see in the next few days.

ReplyDeleteI have it and I love it! It's beautiful, easy to apply and dries fast. I don't remember having any problems with it wearing off, but nail polishes usually stick pretty good to my nails without chipping or other stuff.

ReplyDeleteFunny, it is also the polish I'm wearing. It is an amazing one, very opaque, does not chip and most important for me, the glossy top coat does not alter its holographic effect. Your pictures are lovely but however, I don't think the color of the polish is very accurate. Wild At Heart is much darker in real life.

ReplyDeleteHi there~ Do you wear a top coat over it? I have WAW too... but I'm not sure to wear a top coat over it or not because I've hear top coat will decrease the holo effect, which is little to begin with. And it scrapes off easily from my nails too. :(
ReplyDeleteI don't have Wild at Heart, but I do have one of the Funky Fingers copies, Kenyan Sunset. (There are two copies, the other is Jester.) I don't have a problem with it scraping off or chipping. I wonder if it would work better for you if you used a sticky base coat like Orly Bonder?

ReplyDeleteI have it and I wore it some days ago. I think this polish is one of the best polishes I own: the holo effect is bare, but the deepness of its color is stunning. I can't wear a polish without a fast drying top coat (I use the Poshé one) and top coat decreases a bit the holo effect of this polish, so I apply the Nfu.Oh Aqua Base before, to increas the holo effect. ^__^
