The base is Let's Get Lost for sure. The crackle is Essence because of the pattern. So I guess you mixed the black and white because Essence doesn't have a grey crackle polish!
Or maybe you add a few drops of regular black nail polish in the white crackle one. If you did and it didn't affect the crackle effect it would be perfect!!
Heehee... I like the way you think, ladies! =) It's not China Glaze crackle. It's Essence. And yes, I mixed a couple drops of black cracking top coat into the white one. I still have to try creating other pastel shades of cracking nail polish. I'll make sure to tell you about it when I do. ;)

You combined the black and white crackle? I don't know, I don't think Essence had a grey crackle.
