Flavoured with papaya, mint or strawberry and applied with a soft and svelte applicator, everything about this gloss leaves you feeling all warm inside! We decided on "superfantabulous" as the best overall description. :-)'' (Beauty UK)

Here's another Beauty UK product. This is lip gloss called lip lust. I applied a thin layer of it on my lips as usual. This is how it looks like:

***

You know all about it. How I don't like lipglosses and how they usually bother me with their sticky feeling... But as always - I'll try to give you as objective opinion as possible. I like this gloss for one special reason. It's not sticky and it doesn't give me the feeling of greasy lips. It's really pigmented and I don't have to apply a huge amount of it to get some color on my lips. The only thing that bothers me is the applicator. You have to squeeze the tube to get the product out and I fail at this. It's always too little or too much and it takes a lot of time for me to master that. Yeah, I'm clumsy and you know what they say: time is money. I'd love this gloss if it would have a wand applicator. I guess this is more sanitary, but still.

Pros:
+ Very pigmented.
+ Not heavy or sticky.
+ Subtle fruity scent. Mine smells like strawberry. Very, very subtle scent.
+ Packaging design.
+ Price.

Cons:
-  I don't like the application style.

Do I recommend it? Yes. It's cheap and the quality is really good. I suggest you to try it.

  5. I can imagine how tedious the application is! and I bet you'll never get the last drop of it.. hehe. but you're right, the color is sooo nice, your lips look so healthy.. It is a good find I may say. :)

  6. I like this lip gloss. It really reminds me of a liquid lipstick. I have a few lip glosses like this. I really like them because they're not stickly like a gloss. I'm not thrilled by the squeeze container either. They're hard to squeeze out the right amount. Looks very pretty and natural looking.

  8. I have been quite curious about Beauty UK's products lately. You played a part on it :P

Funny that this lipgloss shade looks much warmer in the tube than in your lips. The same happened to me with Eyeko's Shoreditch :/ And cool pinks do not look good on me...

  9. I agree with makeupgirl21, this looks like a liquid lipstick or liquid lipcolor. You should look into those if you don't like gloss, they go on like gloss, but are pigmented, not sticky, and last longer like a lipstick. My favorite is L'Oreal HIP Shine Struck Liquid Lipcolor, but I also want to try the new ones from NYX, the Soft Matte Lip Creams.

  10. I have a tip for using tube lip glosses, it ALWAYS works: Squeeze the tube gently until a ball of gloss appears on the applicator, so the gloss covers half of the applicator right at the centre. Then, stop squeezing and let the tube fill up with air. This will cause the excess gloss to get back inside the tube. You'll be left with the perfect amount of gloss for one lip. Use the applicator to spread this on your lower lip, then repeat the squeeze-and-release part to get enough gloss to cover your upper lip. Hope this helps! :)
