I promised you some Fat Dormice (Glis Glis) photos, didn't I? I snapped a couple of them (photos, not dormice), because I didn't want to scare the hell out of them. Well, I probably did anyway, but they were all OK after I was done with them. Aren't they the cutest?
Big dark eyes, pink nose, long whiskers and those cute little round ears. Don't you just wanna eat them up? Erm... no, not in that kind of way. Although they're edible (and considered a speciality) I didn't eat any of them, I swear.
I'll soon be back with more polishes, manicures and other make up stuff. I've got something really special to show you... Can't wait.

So sorry you were so sick. Your poor computer. That's so damn frustrating. I'm having little problems & they drive me nuts. Eeek, dormice! Edible? I could just vomit.

ReplyDeleteI had fat dormice as pets... I had one that was born in captivity and was very friendly and the other one that was rescued from starvation by my father (theirs nest was destroyed) which wasn't as friendly but still did not bite or anything. The domesticated one was truly an awesome pet but unfortunately had to be put to sleep last year (she was old and very sick). The other one died also a year ago of unknown reasons (it looked like a stroke). Great little critters... :)

ohh so cute :) they are like a cross between a squirell and a mouse! Good luck with your sickness and computer issues! Best to save everything double in case something happens to your dvd or external hard drives! Get better!
