This polish looks so much better with top coat, but I didn't take any photos with it, so you'll just have to believe me. As with all other Vampire's Love polishes, the application was easy, the formula is just right and all in all, it's a wonderful polish.
Essence, True Love, 2 coats
I promised to show you a comparison with my other purple shades. I think I have to take back my words about True Love not being original enough. I'm a purple maniac and I own a lot of purple shades and none of them come close to True Love. Maybe it's because of my love for cool toned purples, maybe it really isn't that common shade. I don't know, but now I can say it is rather special.
I picked three shades that came as close to True Love as possible and you'll see they're just way off.
From top to bottom: China Glaze Stella, Essence True Love, Zoya Yasmeen and China Glaze Let's Groove. Two coats of each.
Yeah, I was definitely wrong. True Love is special in it's own way, but I still think it's not that pretty. At least not compared to other purples, warm or cool toned.
Can you think of a shade that could be a dupe-ish to True Love?
