I looked for a similar blue based polish in my collection and decided to go with Andreia no.11 as my base. Confetteria still looks better on it's own and it's opaque in 2 coats anyway. Don't know if this layering thing was necessary.
Andreia, 11, 2 coats + Essence, Confetteria, 1 coat
See, there's no real depth... I should just get a back up bottle.
