That's why I've decided to try something new. I don't know how you'll respond to this, it might be a crappy idea, but I can at least try it, right? Well, big swaps kind of scare me. Things can get out of hands really quickly and you end up spending more than you wanted. That's why I came up with the Swap Offer.
My first Swap Offer includes:
* Essence Crazy Good Times Face & Body Glitter Stick (brand new)
* Essence Crazy Good Times Nail Polish in Princessorize (swatched once)
* Essence Crazy Good Times Nail Polish in Paradelade (brand new)
All these items together are worth €6,25 (~ 8 USD, 5 GBP).

Rules:
* These items only. All together.
* Every side pays their part of the shipping.
* Swapping for item(s) in the same price range.
If you're interested in these items, send me your offer on email: nihrida at gmail dot com. You can offer anything in the cosmetic section, but I'm mostly interested in nail polish. You can see my wishlist, but it's not mandatory to offer something from the list. You have until February 18th to send me your offers. I'll pick my favorite offer and inform the person who sent it to me. Then we can swap. Simple as that.
Let me know what you think about this Swap Offer idea.
Thanks for looking and commenting!

I like the idea!
ReplyDeleteI will not participate in this particular one but you've got a good idea here - swapping is fun indeed but so expensive! This way you can debate for yourself what you are getting and the rules are clear :).
ReplyDeleteI think is a great idea!
ReplyDeleteI have some polishes I would like to swap (with Brazil maybe!!) but I'm a little scared of losing in the mail, etc... Do you have any advice in how to make a "good" swap? That would be really helpful!!
This is actually a very good idea. I like it! For me, I probably wouldn't swap cosmetics (only polish) because I'm not really into anything make up! But I will be looking forward to future ones where I can get some Essence and I can send you some British stuff. I can also get some China Glaze here for £5.25 so that's not too bad I guess considering that stuff like Barry M is £3.99 and some Rimmel London is £4.29!
ReplyDeleteThis is a good idea, but I don't want any of theese products :) But I can probably help you. I saw on your wishlist that you wanted two nail polishes from H & M - Peppermint Fusion and Hunt Me Down. I think theese nail polishes is still for sale. If you want to, I can check at H & M for you :) Just give me a biip ;)
ReplyDeleteThis is a great idea! Luckily (for me) we've got Essence in Italy too, so I will skip this turn. But in the case you'll decide to swap some brazilian polishes, well..this would be great!
ReplyDeleteThat's a great idea, but maybe not for all the countries...
ReplyDeleteI started to do something like this in my blog, I have a static page with a lot a of Brazillian polishes that I have for swap! The only problem for me is that the shipping costs from Brazil to other country are very, very expensive.. And we pay the same price for sending 1 nail polish or 10! So for me does not worth only swap 3 nail polish... =/
Perhaps in the next opportunity we can make a swap :)
I'm in a Facebook group that is organizing an International swap. Would you be interested in becoming part of the group?
ReplyDeleteI think it's a great idea and I'm sorely tempted, but I've put myself on no-buy for a while, I have to stick to it!!
ReplyDeleteOn an unrelated note, you might not have seen, but I'm having a contest on my blog, come have a look :)
Wow, great idea. Unfortunatly I do not have anything to swap at the moment even though I would love some Essence products. Can't seem to find them here.
ReplyDeleteI love this idea, I live in the US so I'd love to swap with people outside the country!
