''Sexy eyes of impact without the hassle handling with false eyelashes. The effect is dose of "be nice" to "mega wow long long lash" simple, depending on plotting how much powder you use. The mini-hairs are white and are made of viscose with the brush taken from the jars and apply to the already once tinted eyelashes, because they are black, and ensure the extension sensational look. Repeat until desired effect is achieved. SEXY AS HELL! Contact lens wearers should first check the compatibility of the product before the onset of the lenses.'' (BeautyBird)
I got this Volumizing Lash Powder from BeautyBird and it's about time that I show you what it does. The powder fibers come in a little jar with a screw lid. There's 2,5 g of product in it, which may sound like a small amount, but I bet it lasts for a long time. You also get a 'mascara brush' for application of the fibers.

Here's my eye (and lashes) with one coat of Essence Black Mania mascara. I used one coat so you can see my lashes, but I didn't want to use too much - you have to use mascara with this fibres or else they won't stick to your lashes.

And here are my lashes after. I should have done some clean-up...

I used one coat of Essence Black Mania mascara, applied some Oh La La Volumizing Lash Powder to still wet lashes and topped it with another coat of mascara. I must say that the effect is really visible. The only thing that bothers me is the look of 'spider legs' if you're not careful with the application. Well, that and the fact you're applying viscose fibers around your eyes. My eyes are quite sensitive and I had some problems with the runaway fibers - but it wasn't too bad.
You can buy Oh La La Volumizing Lash Powder on BeautyBird website for 21 €.

P.S.: I'm wearing a England Bridal Veil on my nails.

21€? Ö Cena res ni ravno posrečena. :D Jaz uporabljam tole od Essence, ko se mi seveda da ukvarjati še bolj s trepalnicami, in za svojo ceno je več kot super. :D
ReplyDeleteI actually like your lashes better without the powder. The powder gives them kind of a crumpled look IMO.
ReplyDeleteEssence has cheaper version of this product...after reading your review I think I'll get myself one...now I'm intrigued....
ReplyDeleteo.O sem mislila da je govora o Essence voluminizing lash powder, o katerem sem pisala nekje januarja (februarja)?
ReplyDeleteIsta embalaza, ma isto vse... cena pa omg.. toliko razlicna.
Not sure about this product. Essence does have the same thign for... I don´t know, 1/5 of the price this product costs. And the effect is nothing special. I would say there are too much cons. Actually, I can´t find a single pro. Nothing for me.
ReplyDeleteHuh 21€ za tale kupček vlaken? Se rajši ubadam s tremi sloji maskare. :D
ReplyDeleteYour eyes and nails are so gorgeous! :)
ReplyDeletethey need to the same one but in black

I bought a similar product by Essence but I haven't tried it yet. I had no idea about how to apply these fibers so thank you for this post! :)
ReplyDeleteMy eyes are extremely sensitive too, I will cross my fingers! :D
ReplyDeleteThat's a pretty cool product. I never tried any lash powder but I do know that MUFE used to retail one, or the might still do!
ReplyDeleteWe've tagged you on our blog, so go check it out!

I didn't know that there is a product to make you eyelashes look thick. I only use mascara for my eyelashes. I would surely love to try this. Thanks so much for sharing this information!!!
ReplyDeleteI was really curious to read what you think of this product. I bought the essence version of it (that was part of the Vampire's love collection) but I'm not so fond of it.
