How To: Gradient Manicure (with Konad)

Hola! As I already mentioned, I did some work for a Slovenian online store - mostly photo tutorials for different types of manicures. You're not gonna see anything new, but I put a lot of effort into it, so I thought I should share it with you as well. Let me know what you think. =)

The first one is a simple gradient manicure with a little Konad added to it. Enjoy!

You'll need:
* two or more colored nail polishes (I used BYS in Matte Aqua and Matte Purple)
* make up sponge (you can use kitchen sponge as well)
* top coat

Paint your nails as usual. Wait for them to dry.

Apply your nail polish shades on the sponge. Just like this:

Pat the sponge against your nails until you get the desired effect.

Clean up your cuticles by using a q tip soaked in acetone/nail polish remover.

Apply top coat and wait for the nails to dry.

Now is time to add a little Konad. I'm sure you all know how to do that. I picked a Konad image plate m73 and their Special Nail Polish in Black. I topped it off with Konad top coat.

I have to mention I had some problems shooting these tutorials. I broke my old camera tripod and I had to take most of the photos with my Nikon without any help. That means I only had one free hand. I hope it makes sense anyway.

Let me know how you like this post and if you want to see my other ''tutorials'' as well.

Thanks for looking and commenting!

  13. Fantastična kombinacija, I love it.
