It's been a while since my last Weekly Sum Up post... Sometimes nothing interesting happens and I prefer a good WSU post every once in a while rather than a crappy one every week. Don't you agree?
Let's get this thing started with the furry cuteness that is called Bombi. He was sick (runny nose and eyes) so we went to see the vet again. A couple of shots and days later, he's all good. He's learning fast and Lisa enjoys in showing him all the naughty things he can do around the house. My mother spoils him anyway...
Just like Lisa, he likes to be close to someone when he sleeps. Until he can't hold his little head any longer. Then he just doesn't give a damn anymore.
I visited Müller drugstore a couple of weeks ago where I bought this Max Factor make up set for a little more than 9€. It seemed like a good bargain since I like their 2000 Calorie mascara which by itself costs as much as this whole set. Was it really a good buy or not? I'll tell you in one of my next posts where you'll also see the polish swatches.
Earlier this week, I posted about the MUA Stormy Skies nail varnish. You know about my instant love/hate relationship with it, but you don't know I've been wearing for a whole week. I re-touched it after 3 days, when it looked like this:
And a little nail preview... I'm gonna show you how to create a snake nails like these in one of my next posts. Excited?
My newest earrings. Silver pyramid studs with chain. I adore them!
And I also adore my new Homer Simpson socks. They're too thin for winter, but I'm surely gonna wear them in the summer. The last perfect man.
I feel like I'm not creative enough anymore. Not something I can say about the last week, but it certainly applys for my life in general. I really should do more creative stuff. Like this Christmas wreath I made on Wednesday. It's not going on my door. It's actually gonna be sold and all the money is going to humanitarian organization.
This sun-shaped pastry I made with help of my little niece Vita isn't going anywhere though. We ate it all. It took me about 2 hours to make it and it was gone in about 10 minutes. It's all worth it though. Vita was so proud. After all, she did help.
Posts of the week:
With all the Zoya nail polish shades, it's easy to get lost and skip a beauty or two. The Polished Perfectionist showed me how gorgeous Zoya Shivon is. A stunner!
Rina from Simply Rins posted swatches and review of the Revlon ColorStay Longwear Nail Enamel. I must say I dig most of the shades.
Deborah from Love. Varnish, chocolate and more... got my attention with this Wet n Wild Poison Ivy nail polish. It looks magical - it reminds me of my favorite green shimmer: Essence All Access.
I wasn't the only one who got to try and review PERL Nail Fashion Strips. Kitties26 from More Nail Polish tried them as well and her review is very positive.
Fashion Polish posted swatches and review of the Cult Nails Behind Closed Doors nail polish collection. Five stunning shimmers - Flushed and Coveted are my favorite.
I think Gwenn from Sweet Sugar posted one of my favorite Saran Wrap manicures so far. Tiffany blue and gold. Awesomesauce!
Another post that makes me wanna buy more nail art plates is the Gradient Giraffe Print one by Chickettes. It looks so cool, but I guess I'm just too lazy for nails like these.
Salla from OMG! Polish 'em and her picks from the China Glaze Cirque du Soleil collection. I'm dying over Creative Fantasy over here. Drool fest, I tell you!
Elsa P. from Like a Candy Shop + Shaka Hologram Violet nail polish = instant lemming. It looks like one of the FNUG holographic nail polishes. Even the bottle looks like it.
I dare you to look at the photos of Butter London Knees Up on Mirma Natalia's nails and not say HOLY S*IT. Seriously. I dare you!
Karolina from Grzee has some serious make up applying skills. Check out her Wind Surfing eye make up she made with Lime Crime products. It's crazy good.
I knew I needed Illamasqua Cameo in my life right after I saw swatches of it on Ommorphia Beauty Bar. How gorgeous is that blue? I don't think it can get any better.
Ritterbraten from Das Experiment has the most perfect nails ever. That's all I wanted to say.
We're not done with the Max Factor Fantasy Fire layerings yet. Nola from Hedonism Limited applied it over OPI Diva of Geneva. And the result it 'lit from within' amazing.
Music of the week: Because it's gonna be my B-day soon and because I now know that bit*hes love cake. Plus D*U*B*S*T*E*P.
