The photos you're about to see in this post were made over a year ago. They were left and forgotten in my 'to post' folder until today. I hope you don't mind me posting them anyway. And yes, I do feel bad for waiting so long. I mean... you can't even get this Essence nail polish in In Style anymore. *facepalm*
Essence, In Style, 3 coats
Thank goodness I made notes on this polish, otherwise I wouldn't have any idea what to say about it. Well, it doesn't make any difference now, since the whole Essence Colour & Go line changed and In Style isn't available anymore. I remember liking this one in the bottle, but not on the nails. Three coats, too sheer and too frosty for my taste. I don't miss it at all. Although I'm sure I still have it in my stash somewhere.
I made this eye make up look to go with In Style polish. I used:
* Urban Decay Primer Potion
* 88 Matte Eyeshadow Palette
* 120 Eyeshadow Palette
* Max Factor 2000 Calorie
* NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil in Milk
I know I still have some old posts lying around on my computer and I'm wondering: Would you like to see them anyway, or do you want to see the new stuff only? Let me know!

Amazing eye make-up <3. I also have this polish but never used it. Something similar happened to me. I loved it in the bottle, bought it and now can't even be bothered to try it because it just doesn't look that special! I'll have to dig it out at some point.
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure about the polish, but totally dig the makeup. =) Plus, I wouldn't mind seeing some old nearly forgotten stuff too. Perhaps you could post something old and something new, alternating.

ReplyDeleteOoh! I actually like this polish, although I tend to like almost anything in the blue/teal colour range! I agree with Lojs, I would like to see old photos that you haven't posted. Even if them item is no longer available, there is always eBay :)
