Essence Chic Reloaded over BYS Matte Black Cherry

This wasn't my first time wearing Essence Chic Reloaded polish, but it was my first time wearing it layered over another polish. I used BYS Matte Black Cherry as a base and voila! A plum-ish green magic.

Chic Reloaded surely look very cool in the bottle, but my nails are just too flat to really show the beauty of duochrome polish shades. Maybe that's why I don't like them too much (with the exception of Ludurana Aurora Boreal duochromes). It's a nice polish with a good color shift effect, good formula and one of those new bushy Essence brushes. For a moment I wanted to put it in my 'blog sale' bin, but I changed my mind. For now. =)

  2. pretty colour, but I don't like the quality of Essence's polishes - one day and there are scratches etc :c

  4. I have this one too, but in the old bottle. I haven't used it yet, but after seeing your swatch I will soon.
