Essence Goofy Blue: the first polish from the Snow Jam trend edition that caught my attention. It's almost impossible to get an accurate photo of it, it freaked my camera out. Imagine periwinkle blue instead of this bright mess on my nails.

I can finally say I made my peace with the new Essence brush. It doesn't bother me as much as it did on the beginning. I still think it could be a bit more elegant, but I work with what I get. And it's not impossible to paint your nails with it without cleaning up after. The only thing that still bothers me is that I can't get as close to the cuticles as with some other brushes. Overall, I actually like this polish a lot. The formula is OK, it's opaque enough and it contains small glass flecks. Interesting periwinkle polish of good quality for small price. We need more like this one here.

ReplyDeletedamn.. i just came back from germany and saw a full display of that LE in various stores.. but i never really took a look at it :( this is such a pretty blue. i regret not taking a better look at it ;;

ReplyDeleteEssence is such a great brand, I hope they keep expanding in the US. I don't know whether I'd personally wear this color (usually stick with neutrals) but it is super pretty
