Milky/pastel semi-sheer polish with glitter dispensed in it has been around for quite a while. It's quite popular amongst the glitter (and other nail polish) lovers - not that I would know anything about it. Dance Legend created a great collection of 6 pastel nail polish shades with glitter called Fruity Milk. I got one of the shades - the one called Blueberry Mousse.
Blueberry Mousse is a pastel lilac shade with hexagonal glitter in two different sizes and colors: blue and silver. Well, the smaller glitter particles are actually so small they almost look round. Ish.
Dance Legend, Blueberry Mouse, 3 coats
Blueberry Mousse is the first Dance Legend polish I've tried that needs more than 2 coats to achieve opaque look. That's understandable, otherwise the glitter wouldn't show through the polish. This was also my first polish of this kind. I'm not too fond of glitter in the first place and I don't wear pastel polish often either. I couldn't resist this one though. The application was easy and I didn't have to fish for the glitter too much. Standard Dance Legend quality (based on the polishes I've tried so far) which means a very good polish with a very nice effect. I recommend!
Dance Legend polishes will soon be available online with worldwide shipping. One bottle of polish will cost you 9 USD, shipping will be 10 USD or free if you buy more than 10 bottles. Check their Facebook page for more information.
P.S.: If you can't wait, you can send them an email with your order. I've heard it works that way too.
