The one and only China Glaze nail polish that convinced me enough on the photos of the new Crinkled Chrome collection. This is Aluminate.
China Glaze, Crinkled Chrome, Aluminate, 1 coat
Aluminate is a silver chrome polish with round glitter and bar glitter particles. It applies just as any other chrome nail polish, but with this one, you don't have to worry about the ridges and other imperfections on the nail surface. It dries rather fast and creates an interesting texture. The application was easy and only 1 coat was needed. It feels a bit gritty on the nails which makes me wanna add a top coat really bad - but we all know textured nail polish and top coat combo doesn't make too much sense. Other than that, this polish is pretty much what I expected it to be. It looks interesting, but I probably won't be wearing it a lot (due to the grittines and due to the fact I enjoy wearing darker shades a lot more).
What do you think of the China Glaze Crinkled Chrome Collection? Do you like it or not?
